1. Log in to ChalkPastel.com at the My Account tab;
2. After logging in, the My Account dashboard will display;
3. Click the Subscription Settings link in the left menu;
4. Your subscription(s) will be listed;
5. Click the View button next to your active subscription;
6. Scroll down to Subscription Totals, click Change Subscription;
7. You will be shown the shop page for your membership will be displayed. Click the Subscription Length drop down menu to choose your new subscription type and length;
8. Click buy now;
9. Click view. (You will notice a $ sign up fee to upgrade to Complete Clubhouse)
10. This will just be the $ amount you will be charged (The amount charged will be pro-rated according to where you are in your membership.)
Then you will be all set!
